Position Overview

The Revenue Enablement Senior Specialist supports the UK & EEA Commercial teams, providing training, enablement activation, content production, process management, reporting, and communication. The role partners with the VP of UK & EEA, identifies productivity bottlenecks, and delivers high‑impact workshops and coaching.

What you will be doing
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Commercial, People, Product, Operations and Marketing teams.
  • Deliver high‑impact workshops and coaching sessions to new and existing Commercial staff.
  • Build and refine enablement initiatives to support performance improvements.
  • Respond to ad hoc content and support requests during onboarding of Commercial roles.
  • Create training and content for e-learning and live in‑person training, including video, slides and docs.
  • Promote CMS and LMS platform best practices.
  • Maintain content libraries and repositories.
  • Manage internal communication campaigns via email, Slack and similar tools.
  • Analyze training data to report outcomes and gaps.
  • Support flagship events such as Kick Off, President's Club and Commercial Leadership Summits.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales/Commercial or Enablement/Training roles within Fin Tech, Financial Services, Tech or SaaS.
  • Tech‑savvy, AI‑native and data‑driven.
  • Passionate about training and development.
  • Experience creating video, digital marketing or social media content is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards and sales engagement tools (Clari, Groove, Salesloft, Outreach, etc.) is a plus.
  • Foundational knowledge of global payments is desirable but not essential.
  • Comfortable presenting to and influencing Director and C‑level stakeholders.
  • Understanding of complex business revenue cycles.
  • Strong communication skills, copywriting experience a plus.
  • Ability to prioritise and work well with others.
  • Customer‑focused with high attention to detail.
  • Agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
