Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP in Basingstoke is seeking a Field Engineer to provide 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line support to customers. The ideal candidate should have a pro-active attitude, strong communication skills, and at least 2 years of IT support experience.
This role includes both field-based and remote support, troubleshooting IT issues, and managing local IT resources. Candidates should also hold an ITIL V4 Foundation qualification and be willing to embrace our culture of diversity and inclusion.
