Position: Regional Growth Manager (US)

Tangem solutions offer multi-support of a growing number of thousands of tokens by a single wallet. SBI Crypto Investment Ltd., the digital asset venture investment company wholly owned by SBI Holdings Inc., has invested $15 million into Tangem in 2019 for mass adoption of blockchain technology.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Regional Growth Manager (US) who will fully own Tangem’s market expansion in the country.

This is a highly autonomous, results-driven role with a strong focus on user acquisition and market growth
. You will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, managing marketing budgets, selecting acquisition channels, and delivering measurable growth of Tangem wallet users in USA.

You will act as the market owner
, independently driving strategy, execution, and performance, while collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Tangem’s growth strategy and execution in the American market.
  • Develop and implement a clear Go-To-Market strategy with defined channels, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Identify, test, and scale user acquisition channels (online, offline, partnerships, influencers, events).
  • Analyze the local crypto landscape, competitors, and user behavior.
  • Manage and optimize regional marketing budgets based on performance metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with local partners, distributors, and crypto communities.
  • Represent Tangem at industry events, conferences, and meetups.
  • Track growth metrics and report results to the global team.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, business development, or market expansion.
  • Solid understanding of crypto adoption dynamics in USA.
  • Experience launching or scaling products in a local market.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
