Data and AI - Solution Manager

Solution Manager / Architect focused on driving technology transformation initiatives in the data and AI sector for Atos' clients in Turkey/MET. The role is central to the Atos Turkey/MET Growth Strategy and Execution Framework.

• Strategic Visioning: Assess and collaborate with customer CXOs and Technology Leaders in building business outcome–driven technological transformational vision, SMART objectives, strategy and program charters.
• Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Define, design, and govern the Enterprise Architecture (business, technical, data, AI & security) leveraging TOGAF and Zachman frameworks to produce strategic blueprints.
• Feasibility & Modernization: Conduct detailed feasibility analysis (including 6R Modernization model, Greenfield/Brownfield assessment) to define and guide MVP‑based roadmaps.
• Program Definition: Create business cases for multi‑year programs, defining MVP‑based roadmaps and wave‑based rollouts through agile/waterfall/hybrid delivery models.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure the strategic blueprint is regulatory‑compliant.
• Partnership: Partner with Account Executives, Sales Leaders, Solution Managers, Operations Practice Heads to drive Atos’ strategic logos/accounts and establish strong, influential customer engagement.
• Value Realization: Lead response to RFI/RFP/RFQ, delivering end‑to‑end futuristic solutions focused on key commercial metrics (T2V, TTM, TCO, X‑LAs, quality, cost, profitability).
• Portfolio & Partnerships: Drive Atos Offering Portfolios and leverage strategic global and local technology partnerships.

  Experience:
  
  10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in senior Data, AI/ML or Enterprise Architecture roles.
• Data & AI Architecture: End‑to‑end technical solutioning of Data, AI/ML and GenAI architectures (ingestion, processing, storage, pipelines, model deployment, governance).
• Cloud & Data Platforms: Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, Databricks and cloud‑native data services.
• AI/ML & GenAI Platforms: Knowledge of Azure ML, Sage Maker, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Lang Chain, Jupyter, MLflow, vector databases, RAG architectures and LLM models.

  Skills:
  
  Delta Lake, Kafka, Synapse, Big Query, Redshift and other data tools.
• Governance, Ethics & Compliance: Knowledge of Turkish data governance, KVKK, national cybersecurity strategy, BDDK regulations and related laws.
• Integration & Orchestration: APIs, micro‑services, Kubernetes, Docker, event‑streaming, workflow orchestration and MLOps/Gen Ops solutions.
• Security & Risk Controls: Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, Turkish Cybersecurity Board and secure‑by‑design principles.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience architecting Data & AI use cases for Government/Public Sector, Financial Services, Energy/Utilities, manufacturing and Retail, especially in Turkey.
• AI Services: GenAI & Agentic AI, RAG architectures, vector search, prompt engineering, AI agents.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written skills, workshops, presentations, and stakeholder management with CXOs, Sales and Engineering.
• Languages: English; local Turkish proficiency a significant plus.
