Project Manager Digital Implementations

Your colleagues: You work closely with colleagues from the University Library, IT specialists, project owners and other stakeholders. In cross‑UB teams, we combine expertise to achieve shared goals.
What you will doAs a Project Manager, you are responsible for organising, executing and delivering digital IT implementation projects, with a strong focus on digital examination environments. You work in Agile teams and understand the needs of end users such as lecturers and students. You connect stakeholders, maintain oversight and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Clear communication and change management across different organisational levels are key elements of your role.
- Define project objectives together with the project team and translate them into a clear project plan;
- Ensure execution of the project plan and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and project owners;
- Coordinate and manage the project team;
- Present project progress to both technical‑functional colleagues and end users;
- Deliver projects within the agreed timelines and quality standards.

- HBO+ level of working and thinking, preferably in IT or a related field;
- Experience with digital implementation projects in complex organisations;
- Proven experience as a project manager;
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English (C1 level).
- A 12-month contract (0,4 fte).
- A gross monthly salary between €4728,00 and €6433,00 (based on full-time employment of 38 hours per week). 8% holiday allowance and an 8,3% year‑end bonus.
- 29 vacation days (based on full-time), four additional days off (Carnival Monday and Tuesday, Good Friday, and Liberation Day), and the possibility to accrue up to 12 extra days through compensation hours.
