We are looking for an User-eXperience (UX) designer with strong interaction design skills. You will work on a new European cloud solution that will be rolled out in multiple countries.
You will be part of the core product team working together closely with Product management and our UX Lead, as well as the Product Owners and their Agile teams. In this role you will design new concepts for our practice management solution and our integrations, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
You will work in the Tax and Accounting field. Accountancy is an interestingly complex field in which you have to deal with changing user expectations as well as technical innovations. Your team will contribute to solving the daily challenges of our customers as well as providing them with solutions which are above their expectations. As a result, they experience a more effective and enjoyable working day.
Responsibilities- Translate ideas into concepts, user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Contribute to an existing design system
- Take a Lean UX approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Be the ambassador of a user-centered process.
- Help improve the UX process to raise the UX maturity.
- Three or more years of UX design experience. We are looking for a medior to senior designer with experience within agile companies.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing solutions for complex online applications.
- At least a Bachelor-level degree in preferably;
Interactive Design, Human Computer Interaction, multimedia design or related. - Excellent English speaker
- Expertise in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Miro is a must.
- Able to work with an existing design system and willing to make active contributions to it.
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to development teams and clients.
- Being able to collaborate and communicate closely with teams and other stakeholders in an international environment.
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
- Keen eye for detail
