Key Responsibilities for the Salesforce Consultant:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Gather and document business requirements to design tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other functionalities to meet client needs.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for Salesforce implementation and optimisation.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while maintaining system integrity.
- Deliver training sessions and support end-users in adopting Salesforce solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

- Hands-on expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.

Proven experience working in a consulting environment or as part of a large Salesforce end-user organisation.

Certified Salesforce Consultant with Admin, Sales, and Service Cloud certifications. Plus at least one technical certifications like Platform Developer.
