Ready to shape the future of cloud transformation? Join Pax8 as a Cloud Engineer – Azure and help partners across EMEA migrate, modernise, and master their Azure environments. This hybrid role is based in Zwolle, Netherlands.

• Lead Azure Build & Migration Projects:
  Be the go-to expert delivering high-impact projects for clients and partners across EMEA.

• Support Our Long-Term Clients:
  Deliver high-touch, proactive support to retained clients who count on us to keep things running smoothly.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects:
  Work closely during pre-sales to co-create cloud architectures that solve real‑world problems.

• Own Your Growth:
  Leverage Elev8 learning paths, Pax8 University, coaching, and hands‑on projects to level up your skills and career trajectory.

• Building and migrating infrastructure in Azure (VMs, App Services, storage, etc.)

• Navigating networking and security concepts like VPNs, firewalls, and NSGs.

• Using scripting tools (Power Shell or Az CLI) to streamline delivery.

• Supporting hybrid and containerised environments (bonus if you like AKS!).

• Jumping into Dev Ops tools (Terraform, Git, CI/CD) — or keen to learn.

• Collaborating in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with a service‑first mindset.

• Substantial Azure Track Record:
  Proven track record of Azure delivery with a focus on build and migration projects.

• Azure Proficiency:
  Strong skills in Azure IaaS, PaaS, Compute, Databases (SQL), Networking, Security, Windows Admin (Linux a plus), Scripting (Az CLI or Power Shell), Storage (Blobs, Azure Files, Load Balancing).

• Dev Ops Familiarity:
  Knowledge of Dev Ops tools (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Git, CI/CD, YAML, Pipelines).

• Microsoft Stack Knowledge:
  Familiarity with the Microsoft Stack, Modern Work, Power Platform, SharePoint, and eagerness to learn new technologies.

• Customer Service
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent customer service skills.

• Agile Methodology:
  Ability to work in Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

• Full proficiency in English and Dutch.

Base Salary: €4500–€6500 gross per month, depending on experience.

Annual performance bonus.
