About the job you’re considering
Here we have a great opportunity to join our team as a Change Manager! As Change manager, you will ensure predictive mindset is applied in change to prevent and or mitigate the risk of service disruption. The scope of this role in service management is to ensure management of the Capgemini account function is achieved. You will collaborate with stakeholders and our extensive high-profile client network to forecast future needs, address capacity constraints, and enhance performance through change management.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your role Drive actions that increase the percentage of changes that are implemented correctly first time.
Ensure that change implementation risk is understood, challenged and mitigated to increase the likelihood of successful implementation at first attempt.
Ensure that all changes are managed as planned within agreed timescales, maintaining control across a complex delivery environment.
Escalate and challenge any changes that pose a risk to service quality, taking ownership for protecting service stability.
Ensure all changes comply with client, customer and regulatory controls, maintaining strong governance standards.
Ensure agreed Requests for Change (RFCs) are raised and managed correctly within the Change Control System.
Govern and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB and ECAB) meetings, ensuring effective decision-making, strong inputs and clear outcomes.
Review and monitor change activity, ensuring adherence to process and driving improvements to quality and efficiency.

Your skills and experience
Proven experience as a Change Manager within IT infrastructure environments (e.g. networks, data centre, security).ITIL certification (or similar) desirable, with strong understanding of change management processes.
Confident decision maker with the ability to challenge changes when needed.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple changes and competing priorities.
Knowledge of the use of Service Now, with the ability to manage work across tools and processes
