About This Role
As a SEO Specialist at Kick Host, you will have a pivotal role in shaping the way potential customers discover our web hosting and digital services. This is more than just a technical SEO role; it is a creative position requiring collaboration, strategy, and innovation to meet our marketing goals. You will develop and implement strategies to drive organic growth, enhance search engine visibility, and optimize the customer journey.

- SEO Strategy Development: Create and execute data-driven SEO strategies that align with our marketing goals and enhance overall online visibility.
- Keyword Research: Identify relevant and high-impact keywords that align with our services and customer search intent.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content to ensure relevancy and searchability.
- Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute backlink strategies to build domain authority and improve rankings.
- Technical SEO: Audit website performance, fix crawl errors, and improve page speed, mobile usability, and overall technical health.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to measure performance, generate reports, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Content
Collaboration:
Work with the content and marketing teams to produce SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions. - Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices to keep Kick Host competitive.
- 2-4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Data Studio for performance tracking.
- Solid knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Experience in conducting keyword research and content optimization for high-traffic websites.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team.
- Experience with Word Press and CMS platforms: Familiarity with Word Press and other CMS platforms like Magento, Joomla, or Drupal is a plus as it ensures your SEO strategies align with various digital environments.
- Local SEO Expertise: Experience optimizing for local search, including map pack rankings and geo-targeted keywords.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing Principles: Knowledge of how SEO integrates with PPC campaigns, social media, and email marketing.

Skills:
Creative approaches to troubleshooting complex SEO challenges and identifying innovative solutions.
