NetSuite & BI Admin Finance Ops

This role is a hybrid role consisting of Net Suite Admin to manage, optimize, and support our Net Suite ERP system. You will be responsible for system configuration, customization, integrations, troubleshooting, and user support to ensure our business operations run smoothly and efficiently. This will make up approx. 40% of the role

A skilled BI Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Business Intelligence (BI) platforms. You will be responsible for system administration, performance tuning, user access management, and ensuring data accuracy and security across BI tools. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to support decision‑making processes. This will make up approx. 40% of the role (MDS consists of Five Tran, Snowflake and Thought Spot)

The remaining 20% of the role will be supporting the finance team with Admin tasks, mainly carrying out our payment provider and bank reconciliations, supporting the team with automation and the implementation of new systems and processes.

• Maintain, configure, and update Net Suite ERP to meet business needs.
• Manage system security, roles, permissions, workflows, and dashboards.
• Perform regular system audits and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Optimize business processes by implementing automation and best practices.
• Oversee and support integrations with third‑party applications
• Manage data imports, exports, and migrations while ensuring accuracy.
• Provide technical support and training to Net Suite users across departments.
• Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with Net Suite support when necessary.
• Build and manage customized reports and saved searches for finance, operations, and leadership teams.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Stay updated with Net Suite releases and implement new features.
• Work with vendors, consultants, or developers for system improvements.

• Maintain BI tools (Thought Spot, Snowflake)
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across BI platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data refresh failures and performance issues.
• Optimize BI dashboards, reports, and queries for efficiency.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions for BI tools.
• Tune data models and storage for better performance.
• Provide technical support for BI users across departments.
• Train business users on best practices for BI tools.
• Create documentation for dashboards, reports, and BI processes.
• Automate data refresh schedules and reporting processes.
