ITSM Solution Architect – BMC Helix | Contract | UAE onsite
If you've architected enterprise ITSM platforms at scale — not just configured them — this one's for you.
We're sourcing senior ITSM Solution Architects for a major BMC Helix transformation with a GCC enterprise client. 12‑month contract with extension option. Available as onsite in Dubai or fully remote from India.
What you will own- Design authority across the full ITSM platform — not advisory, actual architecture
- End-to-end ITIL v4 process design:
Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request
- 10+ years ITSM architecture (UAE) / 8+ years (India offshore)
- Available immediately or within 2–4 weeks
