The role:

A leading Central Government Institution are seeking x2 Service Now Developers, supporting the development of enterprise workflows and data-driven decisions.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript:
  Core scripting language used in Service Now.
• Experience with Service Now platform:
  Including modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.
• Service Now Scripting:
  Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• REST/SOAP API Integration:
  Building and consuming APIs for third-party integrations.
• Service Now Workflows:
  Designing and implementing Flow Designer and legacy Workflow Editor.
• Service Portal Development:
  Custom widgets, pages, and themes.
• Data Management:
  Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Policies.
• Configuration Management:
  Working with CMDB and Discovery.

Professional Experience

• Hands-on experience in Service Now development and administration (typically 2-5+ years).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like Jira or Azure Dev Ops.
• Project lifecycle involvement:
  From requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Working with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
