Operations Lead - Remote, Equity

A mobile-first exchange bringing traditional financial markets onchain.

Building a decentralized exchange (DEX) for equities, commodities and RWAs — combining the accessibility of crypto with institutional-grade infrastructure.

The founders previously led Black Rock’s crypto product launches, including IBIT, ETHA and BUIDL.

The company is now moving from closed alpha toward wider rollout, and hiring a Growth & Operations Manager to help accelerate that next phase.

The role

This is not a narrow “marketing” or “ops” role.

You’ll work across growth, operations, partnerships, community, analytics, systems, research and special projects — wherever leverage is highest.

One week might be improving onboarding funnels and retention. Another might be coordinating launches, building automations, fixing operational bottlenecks or helping execute partnerships.

They want someone highly adaptable, commercially aware and obsessed with execution speed.

What they’re looking for

• 2-5 years experience in startups, growth, operations or similar high ownership environments
• Proven ability to execute projects end-to-end
• Comfortable across growth channels like partnerships, affiliates, CRM, community or paid acquisition
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Comfortable using AI tools, analytics platforms and systems like Notion
• Someone proactive who figures things out without needing constant direction
• Crypto / fintech / trading experience
• APIs, automations or data integration experience
