• Technical Support: Handle multiple support requests for hardware and software, troubleshoot, resolve, and document support tickets.

  Work alongside other Corporate Services Information Technology staff members on various projects and requests, while balancing changing tasks and deadlines.
• Problem Solving: Utilize your technical expertise to solve issues as they arise, leveraging attention to detail and efficiency to handle support tickets.

• Education: Diploma or degree in Computer Technology or a related field.
• Driver's License: Valid Class G driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Experience: 2 years of related job experience.
• Problem Solver: Forward thinker who excels at analyzing technical issues, identifying problems, and taking corrective action.
• Customer Service: Ability to work with internal and external customers to help them solve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Police Record Check: Acceptable to the County and required as a condition of employment.
