Location: Remote/On-site Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Experience: 3+ years

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating a passion for designing beautiful, user‑centred experiences. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create user‑centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve existing applications.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and UI kits.
  • Ensure the consistency of visual elements across different products and platforms.
  • Use a data‑driven approach to make informed design decisions.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Provide support during the implementation phase to ensure the designs are accurately translated into code.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Prototyping: Experience in creating interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Wire framing: Strong skills in wire framing and creating low‑fidelity mockups.
  • Visual Design: Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • User Research: Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (though coding is not required).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
