The Workday Extend Consulting team, a part of Workday's EMEA Services organization, is dedicated to implementing custom business applications and platform extensions.

Utilizing our modern cloud platform and tooling, the team addresses unique business challenges by extending the core functionality of our Human Resources and Financial Management products. This specialized team implements Workday Extend applications across all industries and geographies, helping customers maximize the value of the Workday platform.

The Workday Extend Services Consultant designs, develops, and deploys Workday Extend applications for Workday customers. These applications will be built to run alongside Workday's Human Resources, Financial Management, and Student Information Systems. We seek highly motivated professionals with experience in Workday or similar platforms. The ideal candidates will be passionate about achieving customer success, driving deployment milestones, and delivering innovative applications.

As a Senior Extend Services Consultant, you will collaborate closely with customers and your Workday project team to design and develop cutting‑edge solutions for complex business needs. Work arrangement:

• Lead discovery sessions with customer domain experts across different technical and product areas to gather precise requirements.
• Produce accurate design documentation.
• Develop and review technical designs, ensuring they are consistent, maintainable, flexible, and efficient.

• Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and clearly articulate them.
• Proficiency in understanding and analyzing customer procedures.
• A naturally curious approach, with a love for problem‑solving and understanding the underlying mechanisms of systems.
