Platform QA Specialist – Remote​/Hybrid

RK Global Recruitment is supporting a fast-growing SaaS company in hiring a Platform QA Specialist to join their engineering team.

This is a key position responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery across a modern SaaS platform. You will play a central role in both manual and automated testing
, helping to build confidence in product releases while shaping the overall QA strategy.

• Own quality assurance across the platform (web, APIs, integrations)
• Design and execute test plans, regression testing, and exploratory testing
• Identify, log, and track defects collaboratively with engineering teams
• Develop and maintain automated test suites (Playwright preferred)
• Work closely with developers to define acceptance criteria early
• Promote a quality-first mindset across the team
• Monitor platform performance and report on quality metrics

• Proven experience in software QA (manual and/or automation testing)
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, exploratory)
• Experience testing web-based SaaS applications
• Ability to write clear bug reports and test documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a structured, problem-solving mindset

• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Type Script
