Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee administration of Salesforce Service Cloud daily
• Collaborate on maintaining and enhancing Sales Cloud functionalities
• Lead Salesforce configurations to meet business demands
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting for system issues
• Monitor and ensure data integrity and security measures
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in Salesforce administration
• Expertise in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
• Familiarity with AI and automated workflows
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Drive impactful service improvements through innovative Salesforce administration and AI integration.
