Drive innovation in revenue automation as a Senior Zuora Solutions Architect s remote role requires deep knowledge of Zuora Billing and close collaboration with key departments.

You will implement and enhance subscription billing processes, handle customization in Zuora Billing, and support integration with Salesforce.

Your role will involve multi-team partnerships to optimize the order-to-revenue workflows. Your ability to analyze and document solutions will be essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Zuora Billing related to invoicing and payments

• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Rev Ops to enhance workflows

• Address issues and implement solutions throughout processes

• Create and manage workflows, notifications, and integrations

• Participate in Scrum practices for governance adherence

Requirements:

• 5+ years engaging with Finance and Engineering stakeholders

• 6 months to 1+ year working with Zuora Billing

• Experience with Zuora Orders and its API

• Capable of producing high-quality solution documentation

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
