Solutions Architect – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Location: Fully Remote (UK-based candidates only)

Our client is seeking a Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), particularly within Microsoft Entra and its associated ecosystem (including Entra , Azure AD, and Active Directory). This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable IAM solutions across a complex enterprise environment.

• An experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in IT and a recent focus on IAM architecture and security.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, designing, and implementing enterprise-wide IAM solutions that align with business and compliance needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Entra , Azure Active Directory, and hybrid identity environments.
• Skilled in managing full project life cycles—from initial concept through to deployment, integration, and user enablement.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, conditional access, and Zero Trust principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications
• Familiarity with other IAM platforms such as Micro Focus NetIQ or IBM IAM.
• Experience working in cloud-first or hybrid enterprise environments.
• Ability to influence technical direction and mentor internal teams.
