Are you energized by turning data into insights that improve commercial decisions? Do you enjoy working at the intersection of pricing, analytics, and product development? We are looking for a Pricing Intelligence & Analytics Manager to strengthen our pricing capabilities across markets. In this role, you connect commercial pricing needs with analytics and tooling, ensuring pricing decisions are supported by clear insights and scalable systems.
Whatyou will do
- Own pricing dashboards that are used by the different stakeholders across markets and translate analysis into decision‑ready insights.
- Conduct structural pricing analyses to assess price realization, margin performance, and value capture.
- Act as a sparring partner to the Pricing team on key insights and implications for future strategy.
- Be responsible for gathering competitor prices and insights that play a vital role in our pricing strategy.
- Continuously improve pricing and commercial reporting through dashboards and advanced analytics.
- Enable commercial decision‑making by analysing complex trends on customer behaviour, customer lifetime value, assortment and mix development, and market‑specific pricing dynamics.
- Increase analytical maturity by improving data accessibility, transparency, and consistency of pricing insights.
- Act as business owner for all pricing‑related analytics and applications.
- Translate commercial pricing needs into clear calculation improvements, analytical‑ and application requirements.
- Work closely with Pricing Product Development (Technology) and local Pricing Managers (Business) to prioritise improvements for applications and analytics, and shape the long‑term roadmap for pricing.
- Ensure pricing analytics and applications scale with business growth, complexity, and data maturity.
- A central position connecting pricing, analytics, and product development.
- End‑to‑end ownership of pricing analytics and tooling, from insight to implementation.
- Direct influence on how pricing decisions are supported and improved across markets.
- A role where analytics is a driver of commercial impact, not an end in itself.
- MSc or higher in a quantitative field (Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting).
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data management, or a technical pricing role, preferably at a wholesaler.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power
BI, SQL, etc. - Sound knowledge of pricing and discounting strategies.
- Strongly analytical, comfortable with data analysis, and able to understand and synthesize information from multiple data sources.
- Ability to formulate technical requirements from business needs and coordinate with IT stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.
- 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days.
- Flexible working policy in hours and location.
- Travel and working from home allowance.
- Profit‑sharing bonus.
- Great budget for training and courses.
- Generous pension plan.
