• Translate business strategy and operational needs into robust, maintainable solutions aligned with industry best practices and STICHD’s architectural principles.
• Act as a trusted bridge between business stakeholders and IT, turning complex requirements into clear functional designs and system configurations.
• Drive process harmonization and standardization, advocating the use of standard SAP MM functionality and ensuring customization delivers real business value.
• Own retail article master and core MM processes, safeguarding data quality and governance while ensuring alignment with sourcing, logistics, finance, and sales.
• Challenge assumptions and proposed solutions from business teams, service providers, and external consultants to maintain alignment with SAP MM best practices.
• Conduct fit‑to‑standard and gap analyses, design functional solutions including process flows, functional designs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers on functional designs, enhancements, and integrations.
• Ensure high functional quality through structured testing (functional, SIT, UAT) and effective defect resolution.
• Serve as the primary functional interface between business and IT, facilitating clear communication and timely decision‑making.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to support knowledge transfer, continuity, and future changes.
• Support user adoption through training, knowledge transfer, and guidance on new or changed processes.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process optimization, simplification, and functional improvement.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, IT, Economics or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a SAP MM functional consultant in retail or fashion environments, preferably with S/4
  
  HANA.
• Strong experience with retail article master data processes and lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Proven ability to work in international, cross‑functional environments.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, structured and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Confidence to challenge stakeholders and vendors constructively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Professional proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Legal right to work in the Netherlands; remote work from other countries not possible.
