Location: Winnersh
Trustonic is seeking a Technical Author to enhance our documentation process for the Telecoms SaaS Platform. In this role, you will own technical documentation, migrate legacy content to structured Markdown, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure documentation is delivered alongside platform releases.
You will simplify complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content that supports both customer and internal needs. The position also offers remote working options and a flexible holiday policy, promoting a balanced work-life environment.
