You are passionate about operational excellence and complex ICT environments, and you want to play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and governance of critical services in multi‑vendor ecosystems. • Take technical ownership of ICT services in customer‑specific smart‑sourcing models.
• Ensure stable, secure, and compliant operations across multi‑vendor environments.
• Contribute to solution and architecture design with operational and lifecycle requirements.
• Act as key technical contact for customers, internal teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate technical topics across operations, engineering, and architecture.
• Support major incidents, problem management, and complex escalations.
• Coach engineers on best practices, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Drive automation and AI‑enabled initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.

• Several years of experience in ICT operations or a similar role (min.
  5years).
• Strong expertise across domains: networking, cloud, security, platforms, automation.
• Experience in smart‑sourcing and multi‑vendor environments.
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end service management (incident, problem, change, release).
• Interest or experience in automation and AIOps.
• Strong analytical, structured, and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to coordinate, influence, and solve complex technical issues.
• Fluent in French and English;
  German is an asset.
