At Dazzlebirds Web Solutions , we're looking for a results-driven Linked In Outreach Specialist who can help us generate high-quality leads and build strong B2B connections in the web development space.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients on Linked In (targeting business owners, agencies, and decision-makers)
Execute personalized outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups, messaging sequences)
Generate qualified leads for services like Word Press, Woo Commerce, and web development
Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and conversion rates
Perform A/B testing on outreach strategies to optimize performance
Requirements:
Proven experience in Linked In outreach / lead generation
Strong written communication skills (especially for cold messaging)
Understanding of B2B audience targeting
Familiarity with tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or automation tools
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Skills:
Experience in IT / web development industry
Knowledge of email outreach campaigns
Basic understanding of sales funnels
