RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the readiness for clients & provide resolution of procedural, process, information, and technical problems during the readiness process over emails and outbound calls.
Document & provide audit trail of all steps and resolutions (problem description, troubleshooting steps taken, resolution) using Incident Management tool
Regular Follow-up with partners involved in the technical readiness.
Work cooperatively with other team members – including those in other regions
Recommend changes or additions to existing procedures that will improve the overall effective operation of the Global Site Readiness model
Perform few non-readiness duties as assigned
Logical bent of mind to isolate the root cause of the technical issues arising during readiness.
Learn new skills and demonstrate high levels of proficiency with new technologies, tools and procedures as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
The resource should be a graduate in degrees like BCA,
B.Tech, BA/BSc with Dip in Computers.
0-2 years of experience required.
Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Willingness to work in shifts and support global time zones, if required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
