About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Hub Spot CRM Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Hub Spot CRM customization and administration. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Hub Spot Sales and Service Hubs and be capable of configuring, optimizing, and maintaining CRM processes to support business operations.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, as the role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage Hub Spot CRM
Hub Spot Administration
Custom Objects & Properties
Pipeline setup and management
Ticketing and sales processes
Create and manage:
Forms
Email templates
Workflows and automations
Validation rules
Reports and Dashboards
Set up and maintain:
Custom objects and properties
Pipelines and lifecycle stages
Optimize CRM workflows for sales and customer service operations
Work with Sales and Service Hubs to streamline business processes
Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and implement improvements
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and system efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
Provide documentation and user support when needed
Required
Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of hands-on experience with Hub Spot CRM
Strong experience in:
Experience working with:
Hub Spot Marketing Hub
Hub Spot Sales Hub
Hub Spot Service Hub
Good understanding of CRM best practices and business process automation
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Hub Spot certifications are a plus
Experience integrating Hub Spot with third-party tools/APIs is an added advantage
Basic knowledge of CRM reporting and dashboards preferred
