Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or functional consultant in connectivity, IoT, or digital transformation projects

Strong knowledge of IoT architecture concepts and connectivity protocols (MQTT, REST APIs, HTTP, etc.)Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing functional specifications

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence Ability to bridge technical and business teams, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Based in or able to work from Barcelona Collect, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders in the connectivity domain

Act as the liaison between business units and technical/development teams throughout the project lifecycle

Participate in the definition and monitoring of IoT and connectivity solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals

Create and maintain functional documentation including user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria

Support project management activities: planning, follow-up on deliverables, and reporting to stakeholders

Contribute to the testing and validation phases, ensuring solutions meet defined requirements

Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions within the connectivity ecosystem
