Location and Working Environment This position is hybrid and will require you to be onsite 2 days per week in our Milan, Italy office.

Purpose & Scope The Brand Insights Expert - plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality insights to support decision-making orting to the Chapter Lead, Brand Insights – Italy within the Customer Engagement Excellence (CEE) team, this position will be responsible for developing and maintaining an accurate view of the regional market conditions for the assigned product(s) and TAs, providing primary and secondary market research, forecasting inputs and market landscapes.

This position is also responsible for supporting launch preparations and maintaining an accurate picture of assigned product performance regionally along with risks and opportunities. Operating within an Agile model, the Expert will be assigned to Value Team(s) under the Brand@Center model.

Role And Responsibilities Value Team Delivery:
You execute daily tasks aligned with the Value Team’s goals, support the Lead, apply expertise to business needs, and collaborate cross functionally to deliver priorities.

Area Responsibility:
You lead regional commercial analysis, provide forward looking insights, guide research, share actionable findings, and align forecasts with Finance and affiliates.

Continuous Improvement:
You enhance processes, build capabilities, follow standards and compliance, use agile ways of working, and promote collaboration and adaptability.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, mathematics, decision science, or analytics.

Extensive experience in forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence, and/or decision sciences within a pharmaceutical company or a consultancy focused on the biopharmaceutical industry.

Understanding of regional functions and their role within broader enterprise strategy

Experience in an above affiliate role or working with cross functional teams across different regions/markets.

Highly coachable and thrives in an environment of continuous growth.

Preferred Qualifications Pharmaceutical Industry Experience in global mid-cap/large-cap company.
