Role & Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily e-commerce operational activities remotely, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and sales teams to streamline order fulfillment and delivery processes.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting strategic decision-making.
Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Prepare reports on operational performance metrics for management review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, excellent communication skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, knowledge of supply chain processes, ability to work independently in a remote setting, familiarity with project management software.
Preferred:
Previous internship experience in e-commerce or operations, knowledge of logistics management, familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
