Detailed

Job Description:

1. Basic Technical Knowledge
Understanding of simple scripting languages such as  Bash, Batch, or Unix shell scripts
Ability to read and interpret  short scripts  (not heavy coding)
Basic knowledge of programming logic (loops, conditions, variables)
2. Order Management Workflow Awareness
Familiarity with  order management processes  (job execution, scheduling, monitoring)
Understanding of job dependencies and workflow sequences
Ability to track and troubleshoot job failures
3. System & Environment Knowledge
Basic exposure to  Unix/Linux environments
Comfortable working with command-line interfaces
Awareness of file handling, logs, and directory structures
4. Mainframe / Legacy Exposure (Good to Have)
Basic understanding of  COBOL-based systems  (not mandatory to code)
Familiarity with job control concepts (e.g., batch jobs)
5. Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills
Ability to identify issues from logs and error messages
Logical thinking to debug simple script or job failures
Attention to detail
6. Communication & Coordination
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Ops, Dev, Business)
Clear communication for issue reporting and updates
