Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients
• Utilize JSON for form logic and modify PDFs as needed
• Deliver technical support for enterprise clients
• Document user experiences and recommend improvements
• Collaborate on identifying new features to elevate service
Requirements:
• Educational foundation in computer science or similar fields
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills
• Proactive mindset with an inclination to improve processes
• Previous experience in financial services is beneficial
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
