Become a Technical Customer Success Consultant with Ever Pro, offering remote support from Ontario. This role focuses on analyzing client requirements and implementing software solutions.
Join Ever Commerce as a full-time Technical Customer Success Consultant within the Fieldpoint Professional Services team. You'll be integral in designing tailored business process solutions while providing installation, training, and customization assistance for the Fieldpoint Software. This position blends technical knowledge with project management in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer needs and develop appropriate software solutions
• Train clients in the installation and deployment of Fieldpoint Software
• Write SQL and .NET code, producing custom SSRS reports
• Provide estimates for project scope and efforts
• Keep clients informed about statuses, challenges, and deliverables
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant fields like Commerce or Engineering
• At least 3 years in Software Consultancy or Development
• Expertise in SQL Server and SSRS tools
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP business processes
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
