As a Learning Experience Specialist at Pax8, you will act as a performance detective, discovering real learning gaps and designing innovative solutions—workshops, digital content, or AI tools—to close those gaps.

• Identify:
  Conduct conversations, investigate data, and uncover the true performance gaps that need addressing.
• Design:
  Build the appropriate solution—whether a session, a piece of digital content, a curated learning path, or an AI‑powered tool—based on the identified needs.
• Deliver:
  Facilitate the experience, ship it to the audience, measure its impact, and iterate for continuous improvement.

• Creative flair and a unique perspective on learning and performance.
• Curiosity about people, problems, AI, and how learning actually lands.
• Comfortable facilitating in virtual and in‑person settings; confident public speaker.
• Hands‑on maker with the ability to create and curate digital content.
• AI‑curious: experienced with ChatGPT or similar tools and willing to explore further applications.
• Resilient and self‑sufficient, able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Valid right to work in the United Kingdom.

Based in Bristol, the role offers a hybrid working pattern: three days in the office at The Distillery and the flexibility to work from home. The office provides a central city location, natural light, and various community spaces.
