Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, performance-driven Executive/Senior Executive – Website and Digital Marketing to manage our website and grow our digital presence through search, social media, and other online marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in website management, SEO, digital campaigns, content coordination, and analytics. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and execution capability to improve brand visibility, website performance, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management and Development
Manage and update company websites using CMS platforms (Word Press or similar)
Ensure website content is up to date, accurate, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines
Monitor website performance, speed, uptime, and user experience
Handle basic troubleshooting and coordinate technical fixes when required
Manage updates for plugins, themes, etc.
Basic HTML, CSS, and PHP to customize layouts and website behavior
Resolve security and behavior issues of the website
Find and optimize on-page SEO with relevant keywords and visual assets on the website
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and Linked In
Manage SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, backlinks, and content improvements
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads)
Track campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve ROI
Support lead-generation initiatives across organic and paid channels.
Study and suggest marketing trends related to the building materials industry and competition
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboards, with a proven track record in audience targeting and campaign structuring
Track engagement, followers and brand sentiments across all social media platforms
Content and Social Media
Manage social media calendars and publishing schedules
Coordinate creation of articles, banners, emailers, and marketing content
Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital channels
Work with internal teams/agencies for creative and campaign execution
Analytics and Reporting
Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
Monthly reports on traffic, leads, conversions, SEO rankings, and campaign effectiveness
Identify opportunities to improve digital performance and engagement
Required
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
2-5 years of relevant experience in website management and digital marketing
Hands-on knowledge of:
Word Press / CMS platforms
SEO and SEM
Google Ads and Meta Ads
Google Analytics and Search Console
Email marketing tools
Social media platforms
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website structure
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented and data-driven
Execution focus with strong problem-solving ability
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing (added advantage)
Working Days and time
Monday to Friday – 09.00 am to 05.30 pm (Work from Office)
Saturday – 09.00 am to 02.00 pm (Work from Home)
