ServiceNow Operations Analyst - Full Remote - Contractor in USD

For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a Full REMOTE Service Now Operations Analyst.

Your responsibilities:

Manage and support Service Catalog Operations, including catalog tasks, ritms and workflows.
Handle and resolve Incidents and service requests within defined SLA's.
Monitor and maintain day-to-day platform operations to ensure system stability and performance.
Assist in platform upgrades, patches and enchancements including impact analysis and validations.
Perform basic configuration and scripting tasks as per best practices to support implementation of new features and improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, refine, and document requirements (user stories).
Maintain and update technical documentations for the implemented features/improvements.
Contribute to building standardized processes and reusable solutions.
Support testing activities including UAT and defect resolution.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with the Service Now platform, preferably in Service Catalog Operations.
Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and practices.
Familiarity with Service Now modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and strong understanding of Service Catalog and Request Management.
Basic knowledge of Service Now Configuration and scripting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven technical writing and documentation skills.
Fluent oral and written in English.
