DevSecOps Platforms Engineering Manager - Remote Job Tabuk Saudi Arabia,IT/Tech

We are seeking a hands‑on and experienced Dev Sec Ops Platform Engineering Lead to join our team. In this role, you will drive the development, automation, security, and optimization of the platforms and tools that enable engineering teams to build, test, secure, deploy, and operate applications efficiently and reliably. You will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s Dev Sec Ops strategy, improving developer productivity, and promoting automation and security best practices across the software delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Dev Sec Ops Platform Leadership

Provide technical leadership and mentorship for Dev Sec Ops platforms and engineering best practices
Define and execute the roadmap and strategy for Dev Sec Ops tooling and platform services
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to development, security, and operations teams
Promote a culture of automation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

CI/CD & Automation

Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for build, test, deployment, and release management
Drive automation initiatives to improve software delivery speed, reliability, and consistency
Standardize engineering workflows and deployment practices across teams
Support infrastructure-as-code initiatives using tools such as Terraform or Pulumi

Cloud & Container Platform Management

Manage and scale cloud‑native infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
Oversee container orchestration platforms including Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, and GKE
Ensure platform reliability, scalability, performance, and security
Support containerization technologies such as Docker and related ecosystem tools

Security & Observability

Integrate automated security tooling including SAST, DAST, IAST, and SCA into CI/CD pipelines
Champion Dev Sec Ops security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
Implement and maintain observability solutions including logging, monitoring, and tracing platforms
Work with tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, and similar technologies

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to streamline delivery processes
Improve developer experience and operational efficiency through platform enhancements
Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and platform standards
Identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and system improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
6+ years of experience in Dev Ops, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or software development with a strong focus on automation
Hands‑on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops
Strong experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python or Bash
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams effectively
Experience with observability and monitoring platforms is highly preferred
Familiarity with security tooling and Dev Sec Ops methodologies is a strong advantage
