Junior Data Analyst – Jakarta, Indonesia

Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join their team in Jakarta, Jakarta,  role is structured as a hybrid position, blending hands‑on experience in the office with the flexibility of remote work. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support senior team members in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets. You will assist in identifying trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.

The responsibilities include creating reports and visualizations, maintaining databases, and contributing to data quality assurance efforts. This is an excellent entry‑level position for individuals passionate about data and eager to develop their analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in the creation of data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Support senior analysts and business stakeholders with ad‑hoc data requests.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python (Pandas, Num Py), or R is a plus.
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
