Position: Customer Success Manager | Objection Proof AI | Remote (USA )

Customer Success Manager | Objection Proof AI | Remote (USA/Canada)

About the Role Objection Proof AI, a fast-growing company in AI-powered sales automation, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the human face of its platform. You’ll lead client onboarding, manage relationships, and ensure customers become confident power users of our intelligent voice AI solutions.

You will guide clients from onboarding through ongoing support, troubleshoot common issues, and act as a trusted advisor. This role requires strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and a service-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding calls to ensure clients are confident from day one
  • Own post-launch client relationships, driving adoption and retention
  • Monitor and resolve support tickets with clear documentation
  • Troubleshoot client-facing issues (field mapping, trigger logic, sync problems)
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the Integrations team
  • Build client-facing documentation, tutorials, and FAQs
  • Channel client feedback to product teams for continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Comfort navigating unfamiliar CRMs and software tools
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in professional settings
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to detail
  • Service-first attitude with a focus on client success
Preferred
  • Prior customer success, account management, or support experience in SaaS/tech
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Go High Level , Hub Spot, Salesforce, Podio)
  • Familiarity with automation platforms or AI/voice products
  • Background in sales technology, lead management, or marketing automation
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary/Pay: $50,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience)
