Position: Remote IT Network Analyst at VC3

As a full-time IT Network Analyst, you will engage with municipalities across Canada and the US, applying your in-depth knowledge of routing, switching, and network security. This role requires you to manage service requests and maintain our high standards known as “The VC3 Way”, ensuring timely solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues

• Respond to service requests and incidents promptly

• Configure firewalls, switches, and access points

• Document troubleshooting efforts and client communications

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• 8+ years of technical experience in networking

• Proficiency in routing/switching and VPN technologies

• Minimum two relevant network certifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
