Your role:
As our new Digital Marketing Manager, you will own and drive Trust's overall media and advertising strategy across all digital platforms – from paid media investment decisions across brands and channels, to SEO and GEO to ensure Trust is visible wherever consumers search, including AI-driven environments. You will take ownership of 's digital marketing performance and oversee how our product and brand content is syndicated across channels and retail partners, working closely with our IT and content teams around our PIM system.
You will be part of the HQ Marketing team, acting as the connector between our Marketing, IT, Social and E-commerce teams – bringing cohesion and strategic intent to everything we do online. This is a role where you can genuinely shape the digital presence of our growing international brands and leave your mark on how millions of consumers discover and experience Trust and GXTrust.
- Develop and own the end-to-end media and advertising strategy across all digital platforms.
- Make data-driven investment decisions per brand and per channel, balancing brand awareness and performance objectives.
- Define where traffic is directed and ensure landing experiences are optimised for conversion and brand consistency.
- Monitor, report and continuously improve campaign performance, ROI and media efficiency.
- Lead Trust's SEO strategy to drive organic visibility and traffic across all key markets.
- Develop and implement a GEO strategy, ensuring Trust content surfaces effectively in AI-driven search environments.
- Track rankings, organic traffic and search performance KPIs, providing regular insights and recommendations.
- Act as the strategic connector between the Social team and E-commerce team, ensuring digital campaigns are integrated, consistent and conversion-focused.
- Partner with the Social team to ensure paid and organic social efforts are aligned and mutually reinforcing.
- Take ownership of 's digital marketing performance, including traffic acquisition, UX alignment and conversion optimisation.
- Oversee content syndication efforts to ensure product and brand content is distributed effectively across channels and retail partners.
- Work with the IT and content teams to be able to feed the content syndication tools with the correct product content from PIM.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong focus on media strategy combined with hands‑on execution.
- Expertise in SEO and GEO / AI-driven search optimisation.
- A strategic mindset combined with a data-driven approach – comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and campaign-level execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally with social, e-commerce, IT and content teams.
- Familiarity with content syndication processes and PIM systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch is a bonus.
