& Scope
As Brand Insights Expert, you play a key role in delivering high-quality market and business insights to support strategic decision-making hin the Customer Engagement Excellence (CEE) team, you are responsible for market analyses, forecasting inputs, and competitive and performance insights for assigned products and therapeutic areas. You work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile Brand@Center environment.
Responsibilities- Lead regional market and competitive analyses for assigned products and therapeutic areas
- Develop and execute market research and data analyses to generate actionable business insights
- Collaborate with global and affiliate teams to assess market potential, trends, and competitor developments
- Provide forecasting expertise and support strategic business decision-making
- Work in an agile environment focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, and launch readiness.
- Proven experience in forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence, or decision sciences within the pharmaceutical industry or consulting
- Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Understanding of regional market dynamics and commercial strategies in the pharmaceutical environment
- Experience with agile ways of working and continuous learning is advantageous
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, mathematics, analytics, or equivalent
