Randstad - Netherlands is op zoek naar een Onsite Journey specialist voor , het grootste e-commerce bedrijf van de Benelux. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de klantbeleving binnen de speelgoedcategorie.
De rol vereist communicatieve vaardigheden, een HBO-werk- en denkniveau, en de mogelijkheid om op korte termijn te beginnen. Je zult samenwerken met een team van 12 specialisten om de klantreis te verbeteren en waardevolle inzichten te genereren via data-analyse.
De functie biedt een hybride werkmodel en een marktconform salaris van +/- €2900 o.b.v. 40 uur p/w. Reiskostenvergoeding en pensioenregeling zijn ook inbegrepen.
