iO Associates is seeking an experienced Documentum Developer / Consultant to support enterprise content management solutions, ensuring seamless information workflows and driving enhancements that boost organisational efficiency.

• Strong experience with Open Text Documentum (Content Server, D2/DA, xCP, Webtop).
• Hands‑on development with DFC, DFS, REST APIs, and Java-based customisation.
• Solid understanding of Documentum architecture, repositories, workflows, and life cycles.
• Experience working in Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Database knowledge in Oracle and/or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with deployment tools, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve production issues efficiently.
• Experience with Documentum xCP / D2 configurations.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of integration with third‑party systems.
• Relevant Open Text Documentum certifications.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

• Work on enterprise-grade content management solutions in a stable, permanent role.
• Shape and support critical ECM infrastructure across a complex organisation.
• A hybrid working model with 2 days onsite in Telford and the flexibility of remote work.
