The candidate will be a member of the team responsible for implementing and maintaining state of the art Business Applications on the Service Now platform.
As a Service Now Developer you will develop new modules and business flows in Service Now Application. You will also maintain and enhance existing modules and business flows in Service Now Application in order to adapt them to the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new modules and business flows in Service Now Application;
Fix defects in Service Now modules;
Adapt existing Service Now modules and business flows to changing requirements of our clients;
Administration and configuration of existing Service Now modules;
Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation;
Implementing corrective actions;
Reporting on progress, issues and problems to the supervisor; providing lessons learned and giving suggestions to optimize the work processes.

Job Requirements

3-6 years of hands‑on JavaScript development, including advanced scripting in Service Now (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts);
Solid experience with Angular

JS and/or Service Now Service Portal development;
Strong experience with ITSM application development and customization;
Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs);
Good understanding of Service Now data model, CMDB, and CSDM concepts;
Experience working with multiple Service Now modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) is highly desirable;
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
Comfortable performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices;
Fluent in English, with the ability to clearly present ideas to technical and non‑technical stakeholders;

Service Now Certifications

Required:

Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Strongly Recommended:

Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) (CIS‑DF (CMDB and CSDM))
Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS‑ITSM)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
