The Service Now ITAM Architect specializes in both Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). You will be responsible for designing and implementing asset management solutions on the Service Now platform.

• Design and implement ITAM (HAM & SAM) solutions on Service Now
• Customize asset lifecycle workflows and processes
• Integrate Service Now with tools such as SCCM, JAMF, and Flexera
• Ensure software license compliance and audit readiness
• Create dashboards and reports for asset tracking
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, and finance teams

• 5+ years of experience with Service Now ITAM
• Strong knowledge of HAM and SAM modules
• Service Now certifications (CSA, HAM/SAM Implementation Specialist)
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and integrations
• Good understanding of software licensing models
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
