Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver day-to-day IT support to users and contractors

• Implement a comprehensive asset management strategy

• Manage the software license lifecycle and compliance

• Deploy and configure endpoint management systems

• Contribute to IT policy development and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years in IT operations, preferably with fintech

• Proficiency in macOS; familiarity with Windows and Linux

• Experience with asset management and SaaS tools

• Understanding of IAM and security compliance frameworks

• Ability to develop scripts using Python or Type Script
