Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-tier technical support for healthcare clients
• Diagnose and resolve software issues in imaging systems
• Implement solutions in cloud, virtual, and physical settings
• Integrate with PACS, RIS, EMRs, and third-party systems
• Document project activities and conduct root cause analysis
Requirements:
• 5+ years in PACS or related healthcare IT experience
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• Expertise in healthcare imaging standards like DICOM
• Hands-on skills with Windows Server and networking
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
