This is a new and exclusive opportunity for a Service Now owner Product Manager to join this thriving Banking business as they grow their Service Now centre of excellence

For this role as a Service Now Product Manager, you will help this bank be better at collaborating with technology teams to optimise and improve the IT service management processes involved in the delivery and support of technology services to meet the needs of the bank.

You will bring your Service Now expertise to plan, create and design technology solutions which create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives. In‑depth analysis with interpretative thinking will be required to define problems and develop innovative solutions.

• Deep Service Now expertise
• Agile product ownership (OKRs, backlog, release planning) leading cross‑functional squads and vendor partners
• Strong data governance & quality management, experience with critical data elements, lineage, attestations, automated compliance monitoring and MI publishing

The successful candidate will be based in our Knutsford or Manchester office.
